GROUPER FINGERS An old Maryland recipe. Sautéed crabcake finished with caper butter SCALLOPS FLORENTINE Tender sea scallops, wrapped in bacon on spinach soufflé, lightly flavored with Galliano and dusted with Parmesan cheese PORTABELLO MUSHROOM Marinated, chargrilled to perfection, finished with garlic butter SHRIMPCARGOT Fresh shrimp served on a bed of blended spinach with artichoke hearts, topped with cheese MUSSELS Black mussels simmered in wine and tossed in a rich garlic cream sauce, served with garlic bread. FRIED OYSTERS Select oysters breaded and fried to a golden brown COCONUT SHRIMP Jumbo shrimp lightly fried in a coconut breading served with a pina colada dipping sauce |
